(Sim Replacement, Etop up, Sim Management, Network Assistance, Recharge Voucher Management, Phone Configuration, Value Added Service Management, etc.) • Resolve subscriber’s issues using Business Associates and Globacom Dealers as contact. • Providing back end support for Globacom Field Sales Representatives and Gloworld shops as may be required.
