Positions include Event Technology Specialists (A/V technicians), Sales Assistants, Administrative Assistants, Warehouse or Driver Technicians, Business Center Associates, Customer Service Representatives and Sales Associates.Established and maintained customer relationships through employee placement and client visits. Prospected and developed client relationships in order to maintain and gain job orders. Matched qualified candidates with contract and direct hire opportunities and follow them through hiring process including salary negotiations, offer extensions, benefit inquiries, and signing of employee contracts and offer letters. Positions included jobs in accounting, warehouse, banking, medical, healthcare, customer service, sales, IT, HR and retail fields. Partnered with hiring managers to review positions, identify qualifications, create position descriptions, source candidates, conduct behavioral based interviews, schedule interviews with management, obtain offer authorization, extend offers, negotiate salaries, and conduct background checks. Addressed employee and management concerns, explained policies and procedures, benefits, company history, and mediated differences between supervisors and employees. Sat with senior management during planning meetings to discuss staffing issues and concerns. Trained new recruiters on sourcing and interviewing new candidates.
