Flare was consistently recognized and voted Top Modelling Agency by the annual Era Banner’s Readers Choice Poll; in addition Tracee was awarded York Region's Large Business Achievement Award at the 2005 In Celebration of Women event. She has also served as a Board Member with the Newmarket Chamber of Commerce and been instrumental in organizing and presenting large-scale corporate, retail and business events. Tracee has been an enthusiastic volunteer with the Salvation Army for most of her life, and a supporter and activist for Breast Cancer, Hospice and Windfall EcoFest.
