After that I was promoted to a supervisor where I am in charge of a team of up to 13 Customer Service specialist. With all of these jobs I have learned to coach as well as develop others into positions of their choosing and help them gain knowledge of the job so that they too can succeed with what they are tasked with. I have skills in all of the Microsoft programs as well as knowledge of computers. I have done presentations at my current job for the director of the building and excel at public speaking.
