But I quickly did tryouts to nail problems, boost exam results & leverage teaching services, among them some of which was a reform in the corporate. Then an occasional invite brought me to a K12 start-up, where the mission was in a promising area. I said YES even when I didn't get prepared for the muddy road ahead. It was a start-up from scratch with the idea of applying Guided Reading method in Shanghai, a major classroom teaching practice Native Speakers are taught by in school, and I was a first CT there. Instead of enlarging my vocab, I started by building up my knowledge in Guided Reading & Independent Reading from online education & reading through various channels as well as by offering backup support to staff across functions. After 4 years of R&D, the Program Intro, Services & Client Communications of the org have been molded under an easy-to-iterate scheme. You may say my career path seems a zigzag. Making business practices in China, however, is never an easy game. I'm not religious myself. But from the career story of mine, I do believe Lord is somewhere leading me in. Ruizhi Education
