I will highlight three themes: First, I have achieved skills and competencies regarding conceptual, arts-based and theoretical research in themes such as music therapy, child welfare, education and mental health. Second, I have achieved skills and competencies regarding innovative empirical research methods, by applying a combination of action research methods such as qualitative interviews, arts-based research methods, narrative methods and participatory observation. Third, as a result of international publications and cross-country scholarly visits, I have an extensive international network of researchers (and practitioners) in Europe, USA, Middle East, Asia and Australia.
