This helped scale our business portfolio and leading business delivery for Hewlett Packard that had 23K employees and nearly 3B in revenue globally. This culminated in running multiple workstreams within a post-merger integration management office. Transformation, whether we give a digital twist or otherwise, necessarily, is a journey that starts with a vision clearly defined and the ability to persevere in the wake of challenges pursuing that vision. A stint at Collabera Digital, nearly five years of pivoting a purely IT staffing organisation to changing the DNA where every associate talks about solutions, was a satisfying journey.
