The singular focus of this team is to position GE lighting Technologies with deep product portfolio to solve the customer’s needs & provide solution based services. Essential Responsibilities As a regional Sales Leader I have an experience to lead a team of high performing Sales Engineers/Account Managers. The focus is on reaching #2 position in 3 years’ time in the field of lighting Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions 1) Developing Sales Strategy: o Establish an Operating Plan to achieve the Regional P&L's sales objectives while considering overall business goals, market opportunities, available resources and solutions portfolio. Responsibilities include gathering information, prioritizing sales opportunities, creating and monitoring sales plans. o Lead deal structuring, pricing and all other proposal development activities as the sales team's primary proposal interface with projects, platform, global ops, risk management and other functional groups as required o Lead deal strategy development and reviews, ultimately obtaining appropriate approvals and authorizing approval for pricing, delivery and other commercial terms for specific sales proposals 2) Execution: o Find and develop top talent for the regional sales team o Translate sales opportunities into operational reality by aligning communication, accountability, resources, capabilities, internal processes and measurement systems to ensure that strategic priorities yield measurable and sustainable results. Key responsibilities include making day-to-day decisions on priorities and weighing alternative solutions. o Provide team leadership for the Lighting sales through the formulation and execution of proposal strategies that capitalize on GE's competitive strengths to serve the customer's needs.
