I have co-authored 8 journal and 12 conference papers in leading electronic devices, semiconductor modelling, electronic materials, AI/ML, neural networks, sensors and circuits conferences. I have collaborated with Semiconductor Research Corporation and Intel's Neuromorphic Research Community with proposals written and granted for several completed and ongoing projects.
