Today the voice and opinion of the customer is stronger than it has ever been. This has been a direct result of marketing along with the evolution of the industry. Today we see an industry that focuses on people-centered target messaging. The channels of dissemination are more diverse and fragmented, and the tools for gauging and measuring feedback are real time and live. Despite all the technological advances and innovations, marketing fundamentals are still the same and it will always be at the cornerstone for any organization. Effective marketing has the tool and power to create profitable growth With or without digital marketing.Every company will always need these two gold standards “Product/Matrix Expansion Grid & a Dynamic Business Model”.
