Responsibilities: - Developing, implementing and managing Google Adwords (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ads campaigns. - Defining campaign structures, keyword management and research, landing page optimization, keyword bidding, creation of ad copy, A/B testing, and any other capability that is necessary for the business to drive conversions, hit KPIs, and maximize results. - Evaluating keywords, trends, competitors, and market behavior for the purpose of identifying opportunities that will advance PPC initiatives. - Using Google Analytics to monitor site traffic and analyze different conversion paths and improve conversion rates. - Creating and organizing audiences for a more relevant campaign targeting that drives qualified visitors and conversions. - Responsible for defining and implementing a mobile ads strategy with regards to proper channels, biding strategy and landing pages. - Working closely with CEO on status, timeline, budget, performance reporting, and competitive intelligence analysis. - Campaign budget planning and allocation based on goals and KPIs. - Analyze and assess the performance of campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaign strategy. - Working closely with category managers and partners on co-marketing campaigns to determine campaign objectives, establishing best channels and set key performance indicators. - Using search engine tools as well as online tracking tools to monitor and analyze performance of specific products or categories. - Working with Google account managers and product specialists on implementing new beta products. Accomplishments: Successfully implemented the transition from a desktop focused marketing strategy to a more mobile oriented strategy. Managed to increase top KPI regarding conversions, revenue, ROI, and conversion rates. Successfully planned and managed the Black Friday 2016 Ad campaign.
