Passionate about management and acquiring the tools necessary to develop my editorial strategies, I have adopted a proactive strategy of continuous and multilingual training over the past 15 years, particularly in business sciences ("Bedrijfskunde" at the Ehsal Management School Brussels), in change management (Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management) and in agile management ("Design thinking - Professional track" at the Hasso Plattner Institute, a spin-off of Berkeley in Potsdam). This last training corresponds well to my creative, multidisciplinary and entrepreneurial nature, which puts the end-user at the centre of a development process that brings together varied and complementary profiles in agile and reactive ecosystems, particularly adapted to the digital revolution. This is a technique that I learnt during a strong corporate journey in a large company undergoing digital transformation, which I reported on as a Senior internal communicator (Belfius Bank and Insurance, in Brussels), before deepening it at HPI, in Potsdam. At Belfius, I created an interactive blog that reported almost in real time on the formative experiences of the top management of the bancassurer during their study trips to Silicon Valley and Shenhzen. I also used this technique in my web writing courses at UCL and Saint-Louis University. I'm also proud of the work I've done as head of the culture section of the business daily L'Echo, my current position, which has become a reference in the French-speaking press in just 4 years.
