  My years of experiences, I have graduated form Mechanical Engineering Major of Universitas Gadjah Mada which is one of the best University in Indonesia. My first year experience in Mining Company, I took a role as a Plant Supervisor in 2011, then continue my next experience in Oil and Gas Industry especially in Engineering since 2012. from Pressure Vessel Fabricator Engineer, Engineering Consutlant, Construction Engineer, Project Supervisor, Project Engineer until mid 2018 in various oil and gas company and project. After I got married, I have working at DEXA MEDICA PT one of the largest Pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia as an Engineering and Facilities Manager. My role is to ensure all the facilities and features are doing well. My site settled on 60.000m2 areas which consist of 5 Plants which are Herbal Research Plant, Herbal Production Plant, Non-Herbal research Plant, Oncology Manufacturing Plant, and the newest one (under construction) Medical equipment Plant. My daily routines are managing some divisions in a different perspective: Area Facility and Building Management, Utility and Production Machine Management, Environmental, Health, Safety Management, Waste-Water Treatment, Government regulation & Industrial certification, External Relation, Financial management CAPEX & OPEX, Construction Project Pharmaceutical Plant, and until now i managed it well. The most valuable experience in Dexa-Medica is how I comply with the government regulation and Industrial relation with the Ministry of Health, regional government, Online Single Submission Department, make a good relation with TNI & POLRI, COVID-19 Team, Industrial relation Jababeka, social organization management, to make sure my site can operated well and comply. In engineering, I do have strong skills of troubleshooting, problem solving, and continuous improvement. The key point is to make it simple, and to know it deeply connects to the basic principles of mechanism. It makes me confident to make a fast decision for a complex problem, because all the problems have the answer. I often lead a team in an emergency situation to show them that we can solve all the problems by trusting each other as a team Pt Paramount Enterprise International
