For Water Management market segment, a business plan was conducted and successfully executed in Iraq, Lebanon & Azerbaijan ➢ First ever UL listed FM approved fire fighting set was sold in Lebanon. (Monot 38 Project) ➢ A sales start was achieved for High efficiency EMC motor circulators in Jordan & Israel. ➢ The tangible reflection of above efforts and achievements was seen as the Sales Revenues went up from 4M€ to 10M€. (Iraq doubled, Jordan doubled, Lebanon trebled whilst Syria –the biggenst potential- was corrupted due to the civil war in the country) ➢ In the course of my management, the number of responsible countries went up from 5 to 11, and the number of direct reports had risen from 4 to 10.
