Currently, my position is Operations Shift Manager. 1982-1992 Hold various junior position at Operator technician involving all sorts class room training for LNG Process and practical on job training on all unit areas including slug catcher, Gas Metering, Acid Gas removal unit, dehydration, Liquefaction and refrigeration unit and Fractionation unit. 1993-2009 Holding executive position, Shift Supervisor, Shift trainer, Shift Superintendent at various area from Terminal to Process Satu, Process Dau, Process Tiga which had a team of operators to look after plant daily operation activities to ensure production target met and safe working environment. 2009-2017 Shift Manager - As person in charge for all Five sections in MLNG complex which the position holder is accountable to plan, organize and manage all day-to-day activities of MLNG , MLNG DUA and MLNG TIGA, utilities and terminal process operations(nine trains) involving Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Technical staff to ensure that the complex are optimally operated in a safe, efficient and reliable manner under normal, upset and emergency situations to meet the business requirements for production of LNG and LPG. The Manager will assume the role of Asset management during off hours, weekends and holidays in matters pertaining plant operations, HSE management and operations department staff management and supervision. - 2012 Sept, involved in the Hazop study for 7 weeks on Train 9 at Italy, Milan, participate actively and contribute for a lot on Process and ideas was adopted such as removal of some Motor Operated valves, relocate of analyser etc. - 2016, to assist Train 9 commissioning and start up activities.
