I am very disciplined and determined about evolving, being resourceful, handling complex obstacles, and applying my previously acquired skills in areas that can cause positive impact. I am the founder of STEM for Girls (2019), an annual workshop constructed to encourage more females to pursue a career in the STEM fields of study, as well as provide additional resources to fuel their interests. Adding on to my initiatives, I was also a co-founder of Crocus Plains Kids Code Club, an initiative that sparked an interest in coding for children (ages 10-15). This gave them the opportunity to learn how to create their own programs as well as get involved in different challenges such as the Astro Pi challenge (2019) and Do Your :Bit (2019). My diverse, STEM oriented background has guided me to expand my transferable skills like leadership, team management, analytical, and problem solving, that allow me to adapt to and excel in any work environment.
