Ryan Masters’s Expertise Hello, my name is Ryan. I am a Navy Veteran and currently working as a Senior Cyber Test Engineer. I'm responsible for pushing boundaries and testing the limits of various systems. Of course these are just fancy ways to say "I get to break stuff" but either way I have the privilege to do so, and I have fun while doing it. I was born and raised in Florida. I have seen snow, but I've never actually been in a snowball fight. Is there a point system? Or is it... to the death? In my free time, I enjoy various computer-related fun like gaming, automating, coding and debugging. These are useful skills so that when I'm suspicious that my code works, I can explain why to my rubber ducky. I enjoy figuring out how things work, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and then Googling all of the aforementioned problems I encountered along the way. Additionally I also enjoy non computer-related fun like spending time with my family, SCUBA diving, laughing at funny goats, and teaching my Robot Vacuum cleaner that humans are kind. When I was 14 years old, I was able to log onto anyone's Wi-Fi using nothing but a coke can, a piece of string, and the Wi-Fi password. Now that I'm older and more responsible, I've expanded and refined these technical skills from my experience in the Military and as a Cyber Engineer. I'm now not only able to log onto anyone's Wi-Fi; but I also have my own Wi-Fi and home network. This lets me self host my own local AI, spend hours automating tasks that would have taken minutes to do, and play tech support for my family because I over engineered everything. I absolutely love dogs, and will go out of my way to pet them if I'm able. I would love to rescue every dog; but that's unrealistic and I'm no Superman. I am Time Magazine's 2006 Person of the Year and a huge movie buff, so I do know a very particular set of movie facts. Facts I have acquired over many cinema deep dives. Facts that makes me a nightmare for competitors at movie trivia night. If we have fun, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for new trivia, I will not pursue new trivia. But if we don't, I will look for new trivia, I will find new trivia, and we will have fun. I would like to wrap up this imaginary conversation with someone by saying "I hope you have a good day!.
